Welcome to Tampa Bay, Florida, home of some the best light tackle inshore fishing in the world! I’m a native of the Tampa Bay area and have been fishing Tampa Bay area waters all of my life. This gives me the unique advantage of knowing when and where the fish are biting year round. Born in St. Petersburg and never lived outside of the county, I’ve called Tampa Bay waters my “back yard” for a long time. I’m a local Tampa fishing guide and have been charter fishing Tampa Bay area since 1997. All my Tampa Bay area fishing charters are family friendly with an emphasis on being easy going and having a great time on the water! Or, the ultimate way to beat the heat and book a night trip in the search of feeding snook in the docklights or bridge tarpon at night. These are all different scenarios that play out year after year while fishing Tampa Bay area. Many of my Tampa Bay fishing charters see us catching more than a dozen different species in just a four hour fishing charter! We can fish St. Pete Beach in the mornings for spanish and king mackerel, sharks, cobia, snapper, grouper, and then turn around and fish the Tampa Bay flats for snook, tarpon, redfish, trout, flounder, jack crevalle, and more. All within a few miles and minutes of each other. There’s a lot of exciting options for fishing the Tampa Bay area and I can help you discover them.
My fishing grounds are from the beautiful waters of Tarpon Springs, then progressing south to Clearwater Beach, Indian Shores, Redington Shores, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, St. Petersburg and the entire south shore of Tampa Bay and everything in between.
