St. Pete and Tampa fishing
We left out of St. Pete fishing for seatrout on some deeper grassflats and came up empty handed. I’m guessing the slow tide we had kept them from chewing. Decided after a few trout drifts to change it up and look for some sheepshead. After some figuring out how they were wanting the bait presented we got setup and started catching keepers left and right. We spent most of the rest of the trip fishing that area and had good success getting plenty for the dinner table. Our Tampa fishing is only going to get better as long as the weather stays fairly consistent.
Tight lines!
