Redfish fishing remains strong around the islands. Using a combination of live and dead bait we’re having success fishing near mullet schools. We site casted to this duo of over slot reds using scaled sardines on 10lb. braid and 20lb. fluorocarbon leader.

On those low incoming tides lately we’re finding the bigger trout acting like redfish and eating live and cut bait with ease. Here’s a trio of 20″ plus trout taken on scaled sardines while charter fishing St. Petersburg area.
