Fishing Tampa Bay Report

While fishing Tampa Bay we did well catching a mixed bag for the table to include seatrout, sheepshead, and pompano. We were using white mirrolure little jon’ jig bodies on 1/8 ounce jig heads. The trout and pompano were caught in the drop off areas of the flats and the sheepshead at the local bridges. The bait is thicker by the day and I’ll be tarpon fishing this week! Book your trips now because the early tarpon fishing is the best in my opinion! Tampa Bay tarpon fishing is some of the best around!!
