St. Petersburg – Fort Desoto area fishing

Nice St. Petersburg snook

The water has cleaned up fairly quickly with the good tides we’ve had this week. Today we caught snook, redfish, spanish mackerel, jack crevalle, grouper, and ladyfish while fishing St. Petersburg and Fort Desoto areas. The biggest snook we caught today was big enough to be off the measuring board. With a pinched tail it was in the 38-39 inch class. Great fishing with a great group of guys.
