Sheepshead fishing Tampa Bay
Fishing has been getting better by the day in our area. We’ve been fishing the docks with shrimp for redfish and snook and getting mainly redfish to cooperate. As we near Spring we’ll see more and more action from the snook. The seatrout have really turned on in the north Pinellas area and there’s nothing better than using jigs or shrimp on these willing fish. We’ve been fishing the Clearwater, Tampa Bay, and Tarpon Springs area for these fish and catching our limit on every trip. The redfish are also quite willing to cooperate up here when fishing the higher tide stages using cutbait. Sheepshead is still the talk of the town with many big fish being caught lately. If your looking for tasty fillets to fry these are it. This is a pic of Robert with two of many caught on a day of fishing the bridges. Spring is around the corner and I’m chompin’ at the bit waiting for the water to warm. The fishing is getting ready to break loose. Book your days now! Until next time, tight lines and sore arms!!
